The Hemp Spa and it’s hand-selected retail section is open Tuesdays through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 9:30am- 5:30pm.
Online reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our reservations team is available during operating hours to assist you with your booking needs. At this time, The Hemp Spa is only accepting reservations for guests 21 years and older, unless parental consent is provided. Please arrive at the spa at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out our new consent forms if you have not already done so virtually.
Upon entering the spa you will be asked to complete the necessary consent forms at check-in. Your cannabis esthetician will give you a tour of our space, escort you to your treatment room, and, if receiving a facial treatment, will be invited to change into a robe while you await your esthetician to enter the room.
Spa guests are encouraged to utilize the lot directly in front of the spa. Ample parking is provided and is free of charge. In the unlikely event that parking is not available directly outside of the spa, parking along 17th Street is free of charge.
With your and others’ relaxation in mind, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. To accommodate all guests, each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of start time. In order to keep the spa as peaceful as possible, cell phones and other electronic devices must be silenced during visits and we kindly request that all guests moderate their noise level upon entering and during their visit.
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g. high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy). Consumption of alcohol before, during, or directly after treatments is not recommended. You will be asked to complete consent and informational forms prior to your visit so that your esthetician can better customize your experience to meet your needs.
If you must reschedule or cancel any spa reservations, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% fee of the total reserved service(s).
Taxes will be added to all products. Gratuities are up to your own discretion and can be added upon checkout via credit or debit card or cash. Cash is preferred.
